Giacobbe's Fitness Center is home to the Tang Soo Karate Academy and Headquarters to the Inter-Continental Tang Soo Do Organization.  It is, of course, also home to the Pro Fitness gym.  This facility sports a large weight machine and free weight area, treadmills and stationary bikes.  There is a main Karate gym on the first floor larger than many school gyms.  Also another training area exclusivley for Kickboxing Aerobics.  There is also a seperate training area for an exciting, upbeat circuit training class.
