Giacobbe's Fitness Center is home to the Tang Soo Karate Academy and Headquarters to the Inter-Continental Tang Soo Do Organization.   It is, of course, also home to the Pro Fitness gym.  This building sports a large weight machine area, treadmills and stationary bikes.  There is a main Karate gym larger than many school gyms.  There is yet another training floor with more weight machines for an exciting, upbeat circuit training class.                                                                                  There is also a private room for kickboxing aerobics and boxing.
